Hartmann family and their coffees are synonymous of quality and a modern approach not only in Panama but all over the world . Our next limited edition is from their farm Mi Finquita, which translates as "my little farm". It was founded by Ratibor and his wife Tessie. Their intention was to push customer expectations and try new processing methods.

Mi Finquita is located in the area of Los Pozos, in the province of Chiriquí at an altitude of 1650 - 1900 meters above sea level. A mild tropical climate, mineral soil and average temperatures of 18 degrees Celsius are ideal conditions for the slow ripening of Typica cherries. Subsequent anaerobic fermentation and slow drying bring full and sweet notes of caramelized apple, prunes with a lemongrass acidity and complimenting nougat aftertaste.

When growing coffee, Ratibor always asks himself the question of how he can differentiate on the market and do it differently. That is why he uses the knowledge of science and applies traditional and innovative methods of processing and fermentation to their coffees, which bring out new flavor potential while preserving pure notes. And the result? Unusual flavors that we love so much!
